- Block
- An L2 block produced by the Robinhood Chain sequencer (about 10 per second). Each carries the Ethereum L1 block number the sequencer saw.
- System transaction
- The first transaction of every block (type 0x6a) is written by ArbOS to record L1 information. It is hidden from lists by default.
- Transaction fee
- gasUsed × effectiveGasPrice, in ETH. It includes the L1 data cost, which is also shown separately as L1 Gas Used.
- Priority fee
- (effectiveGasPrice − block base fee) × gasUsed.
- Transaction Actions
- Value and token movements decoded from the transaction’s logs: ERC-20/721/1155 transfers, mints, burns, approvals and DEX swaps.
- Balance Changes
- Net change per address: ETH from the tx value and fee, tokens from decoded transfer logs. Each ETH change also shows its value in USD at the price of the transaction’s own minute, when the index has one.
- Approvals
- Listed under Transaction Actions, each in its own words: an ERC-20 or Permit2 approval gives an amount to spend; an ERC-721 approval names one token id (and clearing it, which every NFT transfer does, says so); an approval for all is a whole collection, granted or revoked. An NFT approval the index has not decoded is named in a note under the list, never left out.
- Method
- The first 4 bytes of the input (function selector), shown by name when the name is proven: its signature hashes to exactly these 4 bytes. Otherwise the raw 4 bytes are shown, never a guess.
- Complete
- Every list the index serves says whether it is complete. Complete: every row is there. Not proven: the rows shown are what the index holds, but it has not proven the list whole, and the page says so. Not complete: the page shows no row at all, only why.
- Not yet indexed
- Shown in place of a list, or a single value, that the index says is not complete, with the reason (for example: behind the chain head, or not verified yet). No partial list is ever shown as if it were whole, and nothing is filled with an estimate.
- Not yet available
- The index stopped reading at its time limit or did not answer in time. The page asks again by itself.
- CSV export
- The file is the page on screen. Its first line says where it came from and whether it is complete. A list that is not complete is never exported. Exports: an account’s Transactions, Token Transfers, NFT Transfers and Portfolio; a token’s Transfers and Holders; the Tokens, NFT Collections and Stock Tokens lists; the Blocks and Transactions lists and a block’s transactions. A value the index does not serve (a holder count not yet indexed, a supply not read) is an empty cell, never 0.
- Top 10 holders
- The sum of the Percentage column for ranks 1 to 10 on a token’s Holders tab, as the index serves it. Shown only for a complete holder list on its first page, and only when all ten carry a percentage.
- Most active tokens
- On the home page: the tokens with the most transfers in the last 24 hours, from the same list as Tokens sorted by 24 h transfers, with the window’s blocks. Not shown while that window is not complete.
- ETH price and USD values
- The ETH price is the index’s: the volume-weighted median of the last prints of the pools that traded ETH in a minute, in USDG, shown only when complete and at most 30 minutes old. A transaction’s value and fee in USD use the price of that transaction’s own minute (marked ≈ when that minute was thin and a longer window priced it); an account’s balance uses the current price. Every USD value is the ETH amount × that price, rounded to the cent; with no price, no USD is shown.
- ETH balance and nonce
- On an address page: read live from the chain at its newest block when the page is made. The block is named in the label’s tooltip, so anyone can read the same two values at that block and get the same answer.
- Active days
- On an account’s Transactions tab: the UTC days with at least one transaction, and the longest run of consecutive ones. Counted only when the whole history is on the page, so it is never a count of part of it.
